"Our rooms were just lovely and the view fabulous. John took us in his boat to Mistletoe Bay so we could do part of the Queen Charlotte Walk and that night we had the most beautiful meal. Breakfast was delicious and John's coffees were great. This was certainly one of the highlights of our trip and we hope to get back there again!!"

"When we think of our 5 weeks in NZ we think of this place. We stayed for three nights and ate ‘en famille’ with other guests around a huge table on the terrace... beautifully decorated, fresh flowers etc. Food was plentiful and good. Breakfasts were again plentiful with great coffee. The location is unbelievable, at the edge of a sound. Our "French chic" bedroom had a small balcony, and the grounds have a swimming pool and garden. John took us up the sound in his boat to enable us to walk part of the Queen Charlotte Track back. There is everything available to make a stay here one to remember"
