Tirimoana House, hosted by John and Michelle, sits on an elevated beachfront site, once occupied by historic Tirimoana Hotel, an early ‘farm stay’ bed and breakfast accommodation in New Zealand.

Tirimoana House is a two-storey beachfront lodge accommodation with five luxury suites. One suite sleeps four and all suites have private decks. This character filled luxury beachfront lodge enjoys stunning views over Queen Charlotte Sound and is conveniently located 30 minutes from Picton and internationally renowned Marlborough wineries.

All five luxury suites have water views, antique French double beds and chandeliers. The luxury bed and breakfast lodge has antique furniture throughout and many works of fine art collected by the owners.

The guest lounge has views of our Tirimoana Bay. Enjoy an open fire in winter or the swimming pool and spa in summer. Tirimoana luxury boutique lodge accommodation also includes complimentary internet access, facsimile and telephone. Tirimoana House is a non-smoking lodging accommodation, except on the decks outside.
